Know-how
At ERNW the know-how of the coworkers is regarded as the central asset and promoted before all other goals - and demanded. This maxim is well-known to all coworkers. Various instruments guarantee ongoing education programs in an institutionalized way. These are: training, internal workshops, long-term research projects. (At least one research topic is assigned to each coworker and usually lasts for the period of the next 6-12 months).
